Actual product color or appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, photography, lighting, production variation, or material finish.

Module Compatibility

Check your configuration before ordering.

Some Xavoreqi™ products are designed to work as part of a larger modular system, while others may require compatible devices, mounting points, power sources, interfaces, or accessories.

Customers should review the compatibility information shown on the relevant product page before completing a purchase.

If you are unsure whether products such as Core Frame, Vision Tile, Prompt Tile, Flux Drive, Thermal Tile, Lens Gate, Filter Dial, Luma Blade, Luma Wing, Sonic Beam, Air Mic Pods, Motion Dock, Overhead Arc, or Studio Dock will work with your intended setup, please contact our support team before ordering.

Orders

Your order becomes confirmed after acceptance and payment.

Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the products shown in your checkout.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully confirmed and we issue an order confirmation.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to verify an order, clarify delivery details, or resolve a payment or fulfillment issue.

If an order cannot be accepted after payment has been captured, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Contact us as early as possible.

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact service@xavoreqi.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order enters fulfillment or carrier processing.

Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once the order has been packed, dispatched, or otherwise entered an irreversible stage of fulfillment.

Cancellation requests are requests, not automatic cancellations.

Please wait for confirmation from our customer support team before assuming that an order has been successfully changed or cancelled.

Pricing & Billing

The price confirmed at checkout controls the transaction.
